At Phil’s, we keep birthdays simple for parents and unforgettable for kids. You’ll have the entire shop to yourselves, and our team takes care of everything from setup to clean up, so all you have to do is show up, enjoy, and take pictures. Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, with 15 extra minutes on each side for any added setup. Parties include up to 20 kids, with one or two Phil’s team members running the whole event depending on the group size.
Each party starts with a fun welcome activity to help kids ease in — usually a simple craft like coloring pages or crown-making while everyone arrives. Once the group is settled, the real magic begins: every child gets to design their own pint container and create their very own ice cream pint to take home. It’s hands-on, creative, and always the highlight of the day.
To keep the energy high, we move into a quick round of “minute-to-win-it” style games that get the kids laughing and moving around. Families are welcome to bring snacks or lunch if they’d like a food break, and we always leave time at the end for singing, cake, and photos.
We provide all setup and cleanup, along with table covers, plates, cups, and utensils in Phil’s signature blue and green. You’re also welcome to bring your own décor or party supplies if you prefer. Since you have the whole shop, many families choose to bring in extras like princess visits, face painting, or other special activities.
